TOLL ROADS MONETIZATION

Project Summary:

Accelerate capital improvements and address Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (“PRHTA”) budget certainty and fiscal conditions through a public-private partnership delivery model.

Scope of Work:

Rehabilitation, maintenance, and operations of highways PR-52, PR-53, PR-66, and PR-20 aimed at rehabilitating and improving mobility and road safety.

Impact:

Address PRHTA outstanding debt burden and provide initial capital investment that significantly enhances the quality of the toll roads so that they achieve state of good repair.
