Project Summary:

Project to modernize and strengthen taxpayer services, call centers, collection procedures and infrastructure of the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury (“PRTD”) systems.

Scope of Work:

Operation and maintenance of the Call Center.

Impact:

Address PRTD’s customer service historical challenges, including budget constraints, inadequate technology, and staff shortages.
